Egypt Unplugged for Teens

After taking your breakfast at the hotel, our driver and Egyptologist will be waiting for you to start the adventure in one of the world’s first great civilizations as part of an exciting Egypt Family Adventure for Teens. Egypt is brimming with ancient wonders, and today we will discover some of its most impressive. Our first stop will be at the Giza Plateau, where the legendary Pyramids and iconic Sphinx figures sit. Marvel at the incredible architectural feats that even to this day puzzle archaeologists, and why not opt for a camel ride to make this Cairo Day Tour truly unforgettable?

Leaving the pyramids behind us, we will travel on to the necropolis of Saqqara, brimming with sand-strewn temples, ancient tombs and the site of Zoser’s Step Pyramid. Later this evening, we will make our way to the train station for our overnight journey to Luxor by sleeper train.

Luxor, Considered to be one of the most important archaeological sites in the world, will be our base for the next two days. Today there is free time to kick back and relax, and later in the evening, there will be an (optional excursion) to The Temple of Luxor. Already impressive during daylight, the temple takes on a magical glow after dark as it becomes illuminated by a thousand colored lights. Spend the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Start your Luxor Day Tour with breakfast to fuel your body for another day full of unique activities, perfectly designed to enrich your Egypt family vacation for teens. Begin by exploring Luxor’s famous West Bank of the Nile, home to the legendary Valley of the Kings, a vast ancient necropolis that served as the burial place of New Kingdom pharaohs. Your first stop will be the impressive Colossi of Memnon, the towering twin statues that remain from the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. The tour continues deeper into history with visits to the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens, followed by the magnificent colonnaded Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most iconic monuments.

Crossing back to East Bank, we will return to our hotel for some free time before heading to Karnak. More than a temple, Karnak is a spectacular complex of sanctuaries, towers, and obelisks built on a grand scale. Karnak was the most important place of worship during the height of the Theban power.

Overnight: Luxor.

After breakfast, we will depart Luxor and head east to Hurghada, part of the stunning Red Sea Riviera, to enjoy four days of pure beachside bliss as part of our 10-day family-friendly Egypt tours for teens. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Hurghada for check-in and comfortable half-board accommodation, where both adults and children can relax, unwind, and enjoy the Red Sea crystal-clear waters and family-oriented facilities.

Hurghada started as a small fishing village today transformed into one of the most visited Red Sea resorts which attracts tourists through its unspoiled beaches and exceptional diving sites. The Sinbad Submarine offers families an underwater experience while they discover the beautiful offshore reefs through boat trips to the uninhabited Giftun Islands during their unforgettable Egypt family holiday for teens.

The next three days of this Hurghada Day Tour are free for you and your family to relax by the beach or explore the city at your own pace. There is also an optional day trip to the Giftun Islands, perfect for teens who love swimming and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and it can be booked locally.

Hotels and expanded infrastructure provide holidaymakers with excellent aquatic facilities for sailboarding, yachting, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling, making Hurghada a perfect choice for Egypt luxury family holidays.
