First Stop: Valley of the Kings
Beneath the arid hills on Luxor’s West Bank lies the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of Egypt’s most powerful pharaohs. Venture inside elaborately decorated tombs, including those of Ramses II, Seti I, and the boy king Tutankhamun. It's a place of stories, mystery, and majesty that will leave you in awe.
Temple of Queen Hatshepsut
Next, you’ll visit the awe-inspiring temple of Queen Hatshepsut, carved into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari. Known as one of ancient Egypt’s most powerful female rulers, her temple is an architectural wonder and a tribute to her remarkable legacy.
Colossi of Memnon
Stop for photos at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have stood guard for more than 3,000 years. These giants are all that remain of what was once a massive temple complex.
Lunch with a View
Time to refuel! You’ll hop on a short boat ride across the Nile to a peaceful island, where a tasty lunch awaits—complete with river views and a breeze.
Karnak Temple Complex
