Inside, your guide will explain the mosque’s architectural features and introduce you to the basic principles of the Islamic faith.
Afterward, head to the lively Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s most famous market. Your guide will introduce you to the area before allowing free time to wander through the maze of streets and shops, browse traditional handicrafts, and practice your bargaining skills while shopping for souvenirs.

Your day begins at the Giza Plateau, located about 30 minutes from Cairo. Here, your guide will introduce you to the three legendary pyramids of King Cheops, King Khafre, and King Menakaure. You will have free time to enter one of the pyramids or enjoy a camel ride (both available at an additional cost; guides are not permitted inside the pyramids).
Continue across the plateau to the panoramic viewpoint for unforgettable photos of the three pyramids rising from the desert sands, with Cairo’s skyline in the distance. A short drive brings you to the Great Sphinx, the timeless symbol of ancient Egypt, guarding the plateau for thousands of years.
Next, travel to Sakkara, home to Egypt’s oldest pyramid. Explore the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, built around 2650 BC, as your guide explains its historical importance before allowing free time to walk around the site.
Your final stop is Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where you will see remarkable artifacts from Egypt’s early dynasties, including the impressive fallen statue of Ramses II.
During the day, you will also have the opportunity to visit a Papyrus Institute to learn how traditional papyrus artwork is made.
At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Breakfast at your hotel, then you will drive back to Cairo airport for the flight to Hurghada with a direct transfer to your hotel in Hurghada.
