Tour Itinerary

Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, your guide will meet you and start an unforgettable journey to Egypt’s most famous ancient sites.

Your tour begins with a visit to the Giza Plateau, home to the iconic Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. For millions of people around the world, seeing the pyramids is a lifelong dream. With Your Egypt Tours, you will explore the Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu), the only surviving wonder of the ancient world and a true symbol of eternity. Built over 4,600 years ago, this incredible monument will impress you with its massive stone blocks, height, and remarkable engineering.

Your Egyptologist guide will explain the history of the pyramids, including those of Chephren and Mycerinus, and answer all your questions. You will also enjoy free time for photos, including panoramic views of all three pyramids. You will spend over two hours at the site, giving you enough time to enjoy optional activities such as entering one of the pyramids, visiting the Solar Boat Museum, or taking a camel ride in the desert (available at an extra cost).

Next, you will visit the Great Sphinx, a magnificent statue with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, symbolizing strength and wisdom. Nearby, you will explore the Valley Temple, where you will learn about the ancient Egyptian mummification process.

The journey continues to Saqqara, one of Egypt’s most important archaeological sites. Here you will see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest stone pyramid in Egypt, built around 4,800 years ago by the famous architect Imhotep. You will also visit the Tomb of Kagemni, where colorful wall paintings show scenes from daily life in ancient Egypt.

Your final stop is Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt. In this open-air museum, you will see the impressive colossal statue of Ramses II and the second-largest sphinx in Egypt, along with other fascinating remains of this historic city.

This private tour is fully flexible, allowing you to spend as much time as you like at each site. Our tours are personal, relaxed, and tailored to your interests—you are always in control. With our professional team, you can expect a high-quality and memorable experience.
