The museum displays over 100,000 artifacts that tell the fascinating story of ancient Egypt, including the complete treasures of King Tutankhamun, shown together for the first time. With your expert Egyptologist guide, you will explore the museum’s highlights before enjoying free time to wander through the galleries at your own pace.
After your museum visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to your next stop, the Citadel of Salah El Din. Here, you will admire the impressive Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, designed by the Turkish architect Yousif Boushnaq, who traveled from Istanbul to build this remarkable monument for Mohamed Ali, ruler of Egypt from 1805 to 1849.
The journey continues with a visit to the Papyrus Institute, where you will learn how traditional papyrus paper is made and have the chance to shop for unique souvenirs.

This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.
