In the golden sands of Egypt, where the ancient pyramids stand tall, Dr. Adel Abu El Naga—a dedicated scholar with a PhD in Egyptology—began his journey as an Egyptologist tour guide in 1996.

Adel's love for Egypt's wonders was more than just academic; it was a fire that burned bright within him. Every stone, every hieroglyph, every story hidden in the temples and royal tombs of the Pharaohs spoke to him in a language only he could hear—and he wanted to share this language with the world.

As Dr. Adel guided travelers through Egypt's mystical landscapes, he noticed something that disturbed him deeply: the commercial travel agencies he worked with seemed far more interested in the weight of their clients' wallets than the richness of their experiences.

The joy of discovery, the thrill of understanding, and the magic of Egypt's history were being overshadowed by the relentless pursuit of profit. Disillusioned with commercial tour buses and rushed itineraries, Adel decided to take matters into his own hands.

In 2001, he founded Your Egypt Tours, built on his deep love for Egypt and anchored by a heartfelt promise: 'Where passion makes clients feel special.'

Years later, Adel was joined in the business by his younger brother, Ahmed Abuelnaga, who stepped into the role of Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.

Ahmed brought operational rigor, international partnerships, and an intuitive understanding of today's most discerning luxury travelers—the kind who plan trips months in advance, expect every detail anticipated, and judge an operator by the quality of the smallest moments.

Together, the brothers elevated Your Egypt Tours into an Egyptian-owned, family-run luxury Destination Management Company trusted by travelers from over 50 countries.

Today, Dr. Adel still oversees the company's scholarly Egyptological standards and guides roster—every senior guide we work with has been personally vetted by him. Meanwhile, Ahmed leads day-to-day operations, pricing strategy, custom itinerary design, and personally reviews bookings across our premier international platforms.
