Check out after breakfast, then do the tour to Abu Simbel from Aswan. You will join the 4 AM convoy; then you will spend 2 hours touring the sites there then you will be back at Aswan around 1 PM. Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip and are valid until April 30th, 2025. Please inquire about pricing over Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays.

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total price. This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made via bank wire transfer, sent via Western Union, or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

Children Policy

A child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

  • 0 years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
  • 2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% of the total rate.
  • 5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% of the total rate ·
  • 12+ pay full tour price per adult person.

Notes: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing a parent's room). If 2 children, they will stay in another room connected to or next to the parents' room.
