Each dive is a personalized experience, with one-on-one guidance from your instructor. The total dive time is typically 30 to 40 minutes per session, depending on your comfort level and experience. Rest assured, prior to your dive, you'll complete a brief medical form (which we’ll send you in advance) to ensure your suitability for the activity.
