Tour Itinerary

This tour is perfect for guests who want to see as much of Cairo as possible in just one day. Designed as a quick-paced private experience, it allows you to avoid crowds, see more highlights, and spend less time waiting compared to large group tours.

Your private guide and driver will meet you at the exit gate of Alexandria Port and escort you on a comfortable, air-conditioned drive of approximately three hours to Cairo. Upon arrival, your professional English-speaking Egyptologist will lead you on an efficient exploration of the city’s most famous landmarks.

Your day begins with the ultimate highlight: the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. Visit the legendary Great Pyramid of King Cheops, the only surviving wonder of the ancient world and a timeless symbol of eternity. Built more than 4,600 years ago, this architectural masterpiece will amaze you with its massive stone blocks, impressive height, and remarkable precision.

As you explore the plateau, your guide will explain the history of the pyramids of King Khafre and King Menakaure, answer your questions, and allow free time for photography. From the panoramic viewpoint, enjoy stunning views of all three pyramids together. You will spend over two hours in the area, with optional activities available at an extra cost, such as entering one of the pyramids or enjoying a camel ride across the desert.

Next, continue to the Sphinx Area, where you will admire this colossal statue symbolizing the power and wisdom of the pharaoh, with the body of a lion and the head of a king. Nearby, visit the Valley Temple, where you will learn about ancient Egyptian mummification rituals.

Lunch will be served at a local Egyptian restaurant on the way to your next stop.

After lunch, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, one of the world’s largest and most impressive museums. Dedicated entirely to ancient Egyptian civilization, the museum displays over 100,000 artifacts, including the complete treasures of King Tutankhamun, shown together for the first time. Spend at least two hours exploring the highlights with your guide, who will ensure you make the most of your visit.

At the end of this unforgettable day, your guide and driver will accompany you back to Alexandria Port.
