After a delicious breakfast, you’ll set out early in the morning to visit the incredible Abu Simbel temples.

The larger temple is dedicated to Ramses II himself, while the smaller one honors his beloved Queen Nefertari. These awe-inspiring structures also commemorate Ramses' victory at the Battle of Kadesh.

Return to Aswan for a final lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you’ll catch the train back to Luxor, where your private vehicle will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in El Gouna, bringing your two-day tour to a perfect close.

The weather is pretty good from July to September, with an average high of 85°F in the morning. October to December are great months, with a maximum temperature of 74°F in December and about 0.2 inches of rain per month.

In El Gouna, the maximum fare for a tuk-tuk ride is now set at EGP25 per maximum of three passengers. One-hour tours are now priced at EGP150, while one-hour tours are priced at EGP75.
El Gouna is located in the northern part of the Red Sea governorate of Egypt. It is a little more than 32 km north of the capital Hurghada, and it will take approximately 30 min to drive from the Hurghada airport to the town.
