Marsa Alam, situated in the vicinity of the Red Sea in Egypt, is a highly sought-after destination. As one of the country's most visited cities, it is recommended that visitors spend a minimum of 5 days in the vicinity of Marsa Alam in order to experience the full range of the city's attractions.
If you're looking to get to Luxor, the fastest way is to fly. It'll cost you between $120 and $900 and take around 1 hour and 49 minutes to get there and start Luxor day tours. There's no direct bus to Marsa Alam. But there are some services that will take you from Marsa Alam and drop you off at Luxor through Safaga.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Marsa Alam, the best time to go is between October and March. The average temperature is 25°C, but the air is usually warmer in the Summer months of April to September when it can get up to 35°C! March to May are the best times to enjoy Marsa Alam day tours, and October/November are great for warm sunny days.
