  1. As it was our first time ever on a tour ( we have been independant travelers up to now) my partner and I did a detailed search on a tour package to suite our needs. We wanted attention to detail of our needs, excellent communication and flexibility and we got it.
From the start on inquiring about an adventure on the Nile , Mona Hamdy and throughout the tour (with some concerns we had), was a brilliant communicator and organizer. The ease of tour experience had already started and we had not even started the actual tour yet, very refreshing in an era of diminishing customer service.
Mamdouh and Ash were lovely, open and eager to answer any questions we had, as Egyptologists, they had a wealth of knowledge, which was great as we are mad for ancient Egypt. They really took care of ‘every’ detail and we mean you can really just relax and let them handle everything.
The tour went beyond other companys in airport transfers, even picking you up and dropping you off at customs. The representatives at the airports and transfers made it easy from start to finish.
The highlights we cannot pick. As we thought it was all just so mind blowing…. but be prepared to be taken beyond your expectations of Ancient Egypt.
We asked both Ash and Mamdouh for a few alternative detours on our tour to different places and it was no problem at all for them. If you have concerns about safety then don’t…..we felt very safe and relaxed at all times in all places.
Over all we were amazed, bedazzled by the majestic sites and so happy we choose Your Egypt Tours…thank you, we will be back!
