Tour Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise in Luxor, where we’ll take you to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and guide you through your journey, starting with a tour of the following wonders:

Giza Pyramids Complex
The Giza Pyramids Complex is a monumental masterpiece, built around 2600 BC, designed to ensure the Pharaohs’ passage to the afterlife. Explore these vast structures that have fascinated humanity for millennia.

The Great Pyramid of Giza
Built around 2570 BC, the Great Pyramid, the last remaining of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, stands as a testament to the genius of its architect, Hemiunu. This monumental structure rises to 147 meters and continues to awe visitors with its precision and grandeur.

The Great Sphinx
This legendary figure, carved by Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC), combines the face of the Pharaoh with the body of a lion. Guarding the Giza plateau, the Sphinx embodies the strength and wisdom of ancient Egypt.

The Grand Egyptian Museum
A treasure trove of ancient Egyptian artifacts, the Grand Egyptian Museum is a colossal cultural hub. Here, you'll see masterpieces such as the Hanging Obelisk, statues of Pharaoh Ramses II, and the regal Ptolemaic statues. For an even more exclusive experience, VIP tickets are available, granting access to rare exhibits and artifacts.

Lunch
Enjoy a delicious lunch with a view of the Pyramids or the Nile at one of Cairo’s renowned restaurants.

Evening Flight to Aswan
After a day filled with history, we’ll take you to Cairo’s airport for your flight to Aswan. Once you arrive, you’ll check into your 5-star hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Meals: Lunch
Overnight: Aswan Hotel

Start your second day with an early breakfast and check out of your hotel. We’ll then take you on a scenic drive to the spectacular Abu Simbel Temples.

Abu Simbel Temples
These monumental temples were built by Pharaoh Ramesses II (1279-1213 BC) in 1264 BC, carved directly into the mountainside. The temples celebrate the power and glory of the Pharaoh and his queen, Nefertari. Twice a year, the sun aligns perfectly with the temple to illuminate the statues of the gods in a remarkable natural event. These temples also commemorate the signing of the first known peace treaty in human history after the Battle of Kadesh.

Lunch
After exploring the majestic temples, return to Aswan for a relaxing lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Nile.

Train Ride to Luxor
Finish your two-day adventure by taking the train back to Luxor, filled with memories of Egypt’s ancient marvels.

How can we help?

Find out our latest news, promotions, and professional tips. Know before you book your next Egypt tours

Being in Luxor for a single day is preferable to staying away. The main attractions in Luxor may be seen in one day. You can go to Hatshepsut Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, and possibly one or two other monuments on a day excursion to Luxor. The truthful response would be that a day trip to Luxor is insufficient.

It is frequently described as the largest open-air museum in the world and for a good cause. You may find a ton of ruins, monuments, temples, and tombs there. You'll need at least two days of Egypt day tours to discover all that Luxor has to offer without feeling rushed.

Unless you travel with a tour group, visiting Luxor on your own can be rather stressful. Luxor has so many archaeological sites and things to do that touring each temple and cemetery may take several days and a lot of money!

There are no set meter rates for cabs in Luxor, although depending on your negotiation skills, the majority of journeys will cost between 5 and 150 Egyptian pounds (approximately $0.50 to $17). Uber and other ride-hailing services are not available in Luxor.

You should set aside about $200 for Luxor excursions, which would likely involve visiting the Luxor and Karnak Temples. West Bank Temples and the Valley of Kings and Queens. Felucca rides at sunset.

What They Say about Us

Our Happy Customers

Travel has helped us to understand the meaning of life and it has helped us become better people. Each time we travel, we see the world with new eyes.

Absolutely mind blowing. A definite must see. We flew from Aswan after I contact them, as I did not want to sit in car for hours with my 10-year-old daughter. Just so much history and ancient love. You cannot miss this one thing if you are in Cairo. The rocks are just HUGE, so special.

Our trip to was wonderful. The accommodations and travel was seamlessly arranged by customer service rep, Mona, and we visited so many of the famous Egyptian antiquities. I would not have done the trip without the very knowledgeable guides, Ashraf and Mamdouh
