ITINERARY:

Your Egypt Tours representative will meet & assist you at Cairo International Airport to enjoy your few hours in Cairo. Morning pick up from Cairo airport by privet modern vehicle, for your full day excursion to visit The Egyptian Museum, which has the world's largest and finest collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities, over 40,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including the fabulous treasures of gold and jewelry for the Young Boy King Tut Ankh Amen, which was enclosed in his tomb for over 4,000 years before it was discovered by Howard Carter in 1922.You could also visit the Mummies Room to see a large Numbers of Pharaoh's body's kings and queens for an additional fee. Thereafter drive to visit The Salah El Din {Saladin} Citadel which was constructed on the Moqattam hills in 1176 AD to defend Cairo from the armies of Crusaders. Where a superb view of Cairo with the Pyramids of Giza in the background can be seen, after that visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali which was designed by the architect Yousif Boushnaq from Istanbul, who took as his model the nuruosmaniye mosque in that city, itself modeled on the Hagia Sophia. Then proceed to visit the old Cairo where you will discover the Roman fortress, the oldest Coptic Church El Moallaka {Hanging Church} Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the holy Crypt and the presence of the subterranean water at the Abu Sarga Church where the holy family are believed to have taken refuge during their trip into Egypt, then to Ben Ezra synagogue the oldest surviving synagogue in Egypt and the Khan El Khalili the oriental public Market. Final you will be return to the airport with unforgotten memories about Egypt.
